OUR APPOINTMENT POLICY:
- By Appointment Only: All in-person tax services are provided by scheduled appointment only.
- 48-Hour Notice for Cancellations: Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment, otherwise a fee may apply.
- Timeliness is Important: Arriving on time allows us to stay on schedule. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule and a fee may apply.
- One Client Per Appointment: Please do not bring others to your appointment. We can not accommodate extra people. – Thank you for understanding!
- Before Your Appointment: Please ensure you’ve gathered all the necessary documents to bring with you to your appointment. Review our checklists and organizers provided here.
