*If you are making an appointment for more than one year of returns, please let us know that when scheduling as more than one time slot may be required.
OUR APPOINTMENT POLICY:
- By Appointment Only: All in-person tax services are provided by scheduled appointment only.
- 48-Hour Notice for Cancellations: Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment, otherwise a rescheduling fee may apply.
- Timeliness is Important: Arriving on time allows us to stay on schedule. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule and a rescheduling fee may apply.
- One Client Per Appointment: Please do not bring others to your appointment. We can not accommodate extra people. – Thank you for understanding!
- Before Your Appointment: Please ensure you’ve gathered all the necessary documents to bring with you to your appointment. Review our checklists and organizers provided here.
